Welcome to Creative Healing Solutions!  Congratulations on your decision to take charge of your life and improve your health.  We recognize the importance of your decision and we are honored that you have chosen us to be a part of your process.  We are all committed to your health and your success, and we are here to support you in your health journey in any way that we can.

Your first office visit with Dr. Strand will last approximately 90 minutes.  She will discuss your current concerns, take a full medical history, perform a physical exam as appropriate, and create an individualized treatment plan specifically for you.  

Depending on the health concerns being addressed, follow-up visits usually last 30-60 minutes.  For your convenience, Dr. Strand also offers follow-up visits as phone consultations.  This is a great option that many people (and the environment) value.

Please print out the New Patient Intake form below and fill it out prior to your first office visit.  This form is quite comprehensive and may take you a little extra time to fill out, so please set aside sufficient time to fill out the form thoughtfully and completely.  This information will help Dr. Strand have a deeper understanding of who you are and what you are currently experiencing.
