Melissa Blankenship, NMA

Melissa is our very talented Naturopathic Medical Assistant. Melissa successfully completed her medical assistant training from Lamson College (Arizona) in 2008. She started working with Dr. Strand in that same year and has become a very valuable addition to the practice.  

Melissa wears many hats in the office.  She may be the person who answers the phone when you call in for assistance or to schedule an appointment.  She is the person that the doctors rely on to call patients back to obtain or relay important information.  She runs the lab, helps administer IV's and injections, orders supplements, and whatever else that is asked of her on a daily basis. 

Melissa is one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet, and she goes above and beyond her duties as a medical assistant.  She has even been known to personally climb a fence to drop off an herbal tincture to a patient who was unable to come to the office to pick it up.  She has a wonderful sense of humor, which you will quickly realize once you get to know her.

In her spare time, Melissa has 2 other jobs.  She owns her own hair salon in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona and she is a manager at Axis-Radius, a premier nightclub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Stefani Province

Stefani is our friendly face and voice at the front desk.  She has been in the health care field for 5 years and has been working with Dr. Strand at Creative Healing Solutions in Scottsdale, Arizona since 2010.  Stefani is the person who keeps things organized at the front desk and keeps the doctors on track! 

Stefani was born in Arizona but mainly grew up in Colorado, where she learned to love the outdoors and honor the healing power of nature.  She attended Colorado State University and has held a variety of professional positions in the banking, mortgage, and ski industries.  These experiences have allowed her to develop the skills that are perfect for her role at Creative Healing Solutions.   

Outside of work, Stefani enjoys traveling, organic gardening, cooking, golfing, spending time with her family, and learning about natural medicine.  Her passion is working with animals.
